ELEANOR’S BAKEHOUSE
Eleanor’s Bakehouse is an imaginary business concept that I created, drawing inspiration from my great-grandmother, Eleanor Gunter. This project called upon my family’s Icelandic heritage to generate the business model for a bakery/cafe. The logo and subsequent touchpoints all echo my great-grandmother; from the utilization of her silhouette and her handwriting to her china patterns and family immigration story. A little piece of Eleanor has been sewn into every aspect of the project.
